Abstract
This file contains mixed correspondence and includes a report of recommendations to the Board of Governors relating to the Museum's habitat groups calling for more representative halls and replacement of inferior taxidermy. It includes correspondence regarding a collecting expedition to Alaska, and a permit for MGM studios to photograph gorillas or to receive specimens of gorillas who had been killed in "self defense."
